Brad Anderson is a film director
who has done a great work through the last five years. He has been directing some
TV series episodes including Fringe, Alcatraz and The Killing. If you watch one
of them, you will see with your own eyes how amazing he has become.
The Call
(2013) has a fantastic plot and a surprise every minute, sometimes we wonder if
even FREUD could explain what happens there.
The characters are chosen
perfectly, always in the right place and in the right moment. Michael Eklund’s
character is really complex, and his performance is irrefutable, we can see he
becoming a monster. Abigail Breslin is a great actress as we have already
known, especially who saw her acting in Little
Miss Sunshine (2006), but in this film she is able to surprise the public
much more, trust me!
So what can I say more? Do not miss The Call…
